IMPORTANT: Before creating your first campaign do not forget to Install the Boostools Code to activate the On-site messages on your website. You can find out here how to install the Boostools Code.
When this is done, we can start!
Please go to “Manage” => “Widgets”:
Then click on “New Widget Campaign”:
The campaign creation is divided into 3 parts:
- Chose the "Widget type" form;
- "Edit" the Widget form;
- Set the "Display settings" and launch the campaign;
1."Widget type" form:
here you set the name of the campaign and choose the ready-to-use template that can be edited anyway:
2."Editor"
Having selected the Widget form, we continue with the form “Editor”. Here you can easily edit the existing design and the text inside the form.
IMPORTANT: The widget forms are responsive, by editing the Desktop version the Mobile one is edited automatically.

3.Display settings
When you are done with the form design it is time to set the conditions under which the form will be shown to your website visitors. In the “Display settings” you can configure the following:
- you can set the pages where to show or not to show the form;
- you can set the ‘Triggers” which will make the form visible according to the actions taken by the visitors:
- who to show the form, how and how many times via “Conditions” menu:
In the “More settings” there is a possibility to set the exact date and time when the campaign starts and finishes:
Do not forget to “Save” all the settings to launch the campaign.
IMPORTANT: if the exact date and time is not set then the campaign will be activated once you set the corresponding “Display settings” and “Save” it.
