The Widget “Editor” is very similar to the OSM messages “Builder”, so if you are familiar with the latter you will have no difficulty using it. The idea of the “Widget” tool is to usethe existing template with minimum editing and activate the campaign quickly and easily.

IMPORTANT: all the “widget templates” are responsive, it means that you do not need to edit the templates in the “widget” tool separately for Mobile and Desktop (sometimes images are not available on the Mobile version however, due to the reduced space).

If there is anything that still needs to be edited then you should know that all the widget form templates have the following settings in common. These settings are the first to appear on the screen when you open the “Editor”:

  • Widget position - the choice of the position of the form when shown on the website both on Desktop and Mobile;
  • Border Radius -  the borders of the form can be “not rounded”, “slightly rounded”,  “medium rounded” and “large rounded”;
  • Background color – the color of the form;
  • Close button – can be "enabled" or "disabled";
  • Close button color – the color of the close button;
  • Show Widget for X seconds – here you set the time the widget will be displayed on the website;
    “0” means that, the Widget will not disappear by itself;
  • Animation type – here you set the way the widget appear on the screen: “fade”, “zoom”,  “slide” or  “bounce”.

Every Widget form template has different structure, so, the settings you will see in the editor for any Widget form in particular depend on the elements inside this widget form. These elements can be edited but extra elements cannot be added in the template.
