IMPORTANT: Remember that Sales Nudge is the dynamic type of nudges which displays your website visitors the real actions taken by the customers of your online store, purchasing goods or adding them to the cart for example.
To add the Sales Nudge to your list please click on “Add Sales Nudge” button.
By doing this a pop-up window with the selection of Nudge types will appear on your screen. Click on the “Use this proof button” and it will be added in the list on the right:
To edit the selected nudge please click on the button “Edit” which appears when scrolling on the nudge from the list:
Sales Nudges are divided into:
- Product purchase
- Items purchased by period
- Buyers by period
- Cart adding
PRODUCT PURCHASE NUDGE
This nudge displays real time customer orders made one minute ago up to 30 days in the past.
The following settings are available to edit this nudge type:
- Display rules
Display purchases for last X days – here you can configure for what period of time you want to show statistics in the nudge. You can set it to be shown from day 1 up to 30 days.
- Edit Message
Here you can set the design of the nudge and add or edit the text:
1. Icon or Image
IMPORTANT: The photo of the product will be shown by default where the image should be placed, but you can upload your own image if needed.
There are several options to choose from:
- Show photo is available in the Icon menu, it is set and activated by default and shows the real photo of the product that was purchased;
- Other Icons – “Show photo” can be substituted by different icons available in the icon menu
- Custom Image- you can load your own image or icon if needed as well
2. Text edit
Here you can write any text you need in any language, set the design and the color of the nudge as well as underline the important parts. Do not forget to keep Dynamic data in the text, these are variables that display in the nudge the real data about the client who placed the order or added something to the cart.
3. Add dynamic data (variables)
{BuyersName} – when adding this variable, the name of the customer who placed the order will be displayed
{BuyersGeo} – variable responsible for the location of the customer who placed the order
{ProductName} – name of the product that was issued, together with the reference
You can as well set the “Nudge background color” and “Close button color”.
ITEMS PURCHASED BY PERIOD
This type of Sales nudges shows real data on the number of items added to the basket of the online store for a certain period of time.
The following settings are available to edit this nudge type:
- Edit Message
Here you can set the design of the nudge and add or edit the text:
1. Icon or Image
There are several options to choose from:
- Icons – wide selection of icons in the icon menu
- Custom Image- you can load your own image or icon if needed as well
2. Text edit
Here you can write any text you need in any language, set the design and the color of the nudge as well as underline the important parts. Do not forget to keep Dynamic data in the text, these are variables that display in the nudge the real data about the order.
3. Add dynamic data (variables)
Items for 24 hours {Purchases24h} - show data for the last 24 hours
Items for 7 hours {Purchases7d} - show data for the last 7 days
Items for 30 days {Purchases30d} - show data for the last 30 days
You can as well set the “Nudge background color” and “Close button color”.
BUYERS BY PERIOD
This type of Sales Nudges shows real data on the number of customers who made a purchase in the online store for a certain period of time.
The following settings are available to edit this nudge type:
- Edit Message
Here you can set the design of the nudge and add or edit the text:
1. Icon or Image
There are several options to choose from:
- Show photo is available in the Icon menu, shows the real photo of the product that was purchased
- Other Icons – “Show photo” can be substituted by different icons available in the icon menu
- Custom Image- you can load your own image or icon if needed as well

CART ADDING
This nudge displays real time customers adding products to cart made one minute ago up to 30 days in the past.
The following settings are available to edit this nudge type:
- Display rules
Display cart addings for last X days- here you can configure for what period of time you want to show statistics in the nudge. You can set it to be shown from day 1 up to 30 days.
- Edit Message
Here you can set the design of the nudge and add or edit the text:
1. Icon or Image
There are several options to choose from:

Buyers location {CartGeo} – when adding a variable, the location of the customer who added the product to the cart is displayed
Product name {CartProduct} –the variable of the product which was added to the cart together with the reference
You can as well set the “Nudge background color” and “Close button color”.
Let me remind you that the “Customize” section is divided into two parts, in the first part you chose the types of nudges to display and in the second one (“Customize Nudges view”) you configure the display of the nudges selected as well as some other settings that we will describe latter.
When you created the list of your nudges and edited them, you can now proceed to “Customize Nudges view” which is similar to all nudge types. Here you configure the Timing and Display settings as well as Nudge Onclick Settings
