After you added your website to Boostools platform please go to “Manage” and choose “Widgets” to access the “Widgets Menu”:

 

The Widgets Menu consists of the following parts:

 

  • New Widget campaign
  • Dashboard
  • Widgets campaigns
  • Widgets leads

 

New Widget campaign

The part of the menu where you can create the new Widget Campaign:

Dashboard

Here you can see the activity of each campaign by date and its conversion:

  • Total leads
  • Total impressions
  • General conversion

 

Widgets Campaigns

You can find the list of the created Widgets campaigns here:

 

There is a “sort by” and “search” option to filter the list. You can see the creation date, activity schedule, if it was configured, and some general statistics available for each campaign from the list.

You can apply the following actions to the Widgets campaign:

  • Enable / Disable the campaign
  • Edit design of the Widgets form
  • Edit settings of the campaign
  • Duplicate campaign for editing
  • Change the campaign’s name
  • Delete the campaign

 

Widgets Leads

This is the very important section where the leads of each campaign are displayed. 

Here you can find the contact data for further communication with your potential customer who came through the Widgets form. 

IMPORTANT: Please remember that here you will only see the information that came from the Widgets form fields that you have activated. If data is collected on the form, it will be displayed in the corresponding fields below.

Each lead contains the following information:

“Someone” - if the name of the visitor is collected in the form, then it will be displayed. If the name is not collected, the “Someone” stub will be displayed. When clicked, a window with detailed information about the lead will be open;

“Campaign” - the name of the campaign the lead came from;

“Last seen”- the next column shows when the lead from the campaign was last seen on the website.

“Created at”- the third column indicates the date and time when the lead came from the campaign (time shows what is set)

 “Details” – here you can find out more about any lead in particular:

  • Geolocation: the country the lead came from
  • URL: the page where the lead came from
  • ID: the unique identifier of the lead which shows if two or more leads are one and the same visitor
