OSM Leads

This is the very important section where the leads of each campaign are displayed.

Here you can find the contact data for further communication with your potential customer who came through the OSM form.

IMPORTANT: Please remember that here you will only see the information that came from the OSM form fields that you have activated. If data is collected on the form, it will be displayed in the corresponding fields below.

Each lead contains the following information:

“Someone” - if the name of the visitor is collected in the form, then it will be displayed. If the name is not collected, the “Someone” stub will be displayed. When clicked, a window with detailed information about the lead will be open;

“Campaign” - the name of the campaign the lead came from;

“Last seen”- the next column shows when the lead from the campaign was last seen on the website.

“Created at”- the third column indicates the date and time when the lead came from the campaign (time shows what is set)

 “Details” – here you can find out more about any lead in particular:

  • Geolocation: the country the lead came from
  • URL: the page where the lead came from
  • ID: the unique identifier of the lead which shows if two or more leads are one and the same visitor

You can filter the leads in the “Filter Contacts” menu:
